1. Description of Sweepstakes Offer: The $3,500 Extravaganza Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Winningsurveys ("Sponsor"), 11110 West Oakland Park Blvd., #353 Sunrise, FL 33351-6808. Sponsor will award one (1) Prize to one (1) winner, selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded across all participating web sites and all creative representations. The Prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the creative representation through which the entrant entered the Sweepstakes. Entries may be submitted through the Winningsurveys site or one of its promotions, through a participating Affiliate site or via U.S. mail as described below.

2. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes promotions begin April 1, at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends June 30, at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"); April 1 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends June 30, at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"); July 1 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 30, at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Promotional Period"); October 1 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends December 31, at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during each Promotion Period. One (1) winner will be drawn on or about the 10th day of the following month.

3. How to Enter: To enter online, complete the online entry form provided through the Winningsurveys site and/or one of its promotions, surveys, or Affiliate sites. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. For an Entry to be valid, all information required in the online entry form, or as requested by Sponsor, must be truthful, complete and accurate. By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Sweepstakes. Alternatively, to enter by mail, send a 3.5" x 5.5" postcard, including your name, address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address to Winningsurveys, c/o $3,500 Extravaganza Sweepstakes Entry, 11110 West Oakland Park Blvd., #353 Sunrise, FL 33351-6808. All parts of the entry must be filled out correctly; incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) entry per person or e-mail address is permitted per day regardless of method of entry unless otherwise noted by Sponsor. Duplicated daily entries will be voided. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the sweepstakes, etc., the Sponsor and promoters will not be held responsible. Collection and handling of personally identifiable information will be in accordance to the Privacy Policy as posted on Winningsurveys.

4. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible. To be eligible to win, entries must be received by Sponsor in the format designated in step 3 above. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. The total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

5. Description of Prize: One (1) Prize will be awarded to a qualified winner. The exact Prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the creative representation through which entrant entered Sweepstakes. No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Maximum cash value for all creative representations shall be $3,500 USD.

6. Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Prize: A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly completed entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified by e-mail or by certified mail, return receipt requested, within ten (10) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, potential winner must execute and return to Sponsor, within seven (7) days of being notified, an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her Prize. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents within ten (10) days of attempted delivery or the return of the Prize notification as undeliverable, will result in awarding the Prize to an alternate winner. Upon alternate winner's failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents within ten (10) days will result in the alternate winner's forfeiture of the Prize. In the event the Prize is not awarded after contacting or attempting to contact three (3) alternate winners, in Sponsor's absolute discretion, the Prize will remain absolutely forfeited, without further drawings. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on the Sponsor's website and the use of the winner's name and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the Prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts in Douglas County, Nebraska in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving effect to conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

FOR PERSONS WHO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES THROUGH THIS CREATIVE PRESENTATION, THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZE AWARD.

1. Introduction. The Vente $50,000 Sweepstakes/Grand Prize Drawing ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ePrize, Inc., One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069, U.S.A. ("Sponsor"). Sweepstakes is offered in conjunction with multiple companies ("Promoters") through different websites ("Creative Presentations"), announcing many different prizes. The Promoter for this particular Creative Presentation is Vente, Inc., 11110 West Oakland Park Blvd., #353 Sunrise, FL 33351-6808, U.S.A. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received across all Creative Presentations. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which the entrant entered the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations apply.

ONLY ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ACROSS ALL CREATIVE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). Various Creative Presentations may be added throughout the Promotion Period. Vente, Inc.'s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, visit www.Winningsurveys.com, and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each entrant may receive up to ten (10) entries per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Selection of Potential Winner. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Promoter's Creative Presentation from among all Creative Presentations and Sponsor will then select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from among all eligible entries received through the selected Creative Presentation, on or around July 26, 2013. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or mail within ten (10) days of the drawing. If a winner has not reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Except where prohibited, potential winner must complete, sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release ("Declaraton") within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In that event, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place, at random, from among all eligible entries received for the selected Creative Presentation. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prize will be fulfilled 8 - 10 weeks after winner is confirmed.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be: $50,000 USD. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's and Promoter's sole discretion. Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. The odds of this Creative Presentation being selected depend on the total number of Creative Presentations. If this Creative Presentation is selected, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through this Creative Presentation.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and Promoter's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies (the "Released Parties"), are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitations of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or from downloading any material from Sponsor's or Promoter's website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor, Promoter or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's or Promoter's website by a hypertext link. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
